On submitting a booking form you will receive a payment request and a copy of your reservation details to confirm that we can fulfill your booking, we will endeavour to respond to you within 24 hours of the booking form being submitted.
We will place a temporary hold on your booking but reserve the right to terminate this hold if we have not received the relevant payment within 5 days of the payment request.
Your booking is not guaranteed until we have received the relevant payment and sent you a booking confirmation.
We require 50% payment of your stay charge on booking and full payment 6 weeks before arrival date.
If you fail to make full payment by the due date we reserve the right to terminate your booking and retain your 50% payment.
When we have your 50% payment we will email you a confirmation and when we have your full payment we will email you a final confirmation and further information.
If you cancel your booking up to 6 weeks before your arrival we will retain 50% of your stay charge. However we will try and move your booking and deposit to an alternative date of the same value if available. This will incur a £25 administration fee.
If you cancel your booking within 6 weeks of your arrival we will retain 50% of your stay charge.
If you cancel your booking within 2 weeks of your arrival we will retain your full payment.
If these terms don't suit your requirements we suggest that you take out independent holiday cancellation insurance to cover you from loss.
We reserve the right to change this website, including prices and terms, without notice.
At the time of full payment we also require a £50 cleaning, breakages and late departure deposit that will be returned within 14 days of the end of your stay on satisfactory return of the bell tent. You are responsible for leaving the tent in the condition it was found in and your deposit may be retained if the tent is not left on time and in a reasonably clean and tidy condition or there is any unreported loss or damage to the contents.
TERMS OF YOUR STAY
By submitting a booking form you are agreeing to Polgreen's terms of your stay. These terms are in place to ensure that everyone can experience Polgreen in a fun and safe way. The person making the booking is taking responsibility that all members of their booking will be aware of and abide by these terms of stay.
Our main request is that everyone enters into the spirit of Polgreen Glamping. We do not accept group bookings but families, couples and small couple or family groups are welcome. Other guests must be respected and noise must be keep to a reasonable level at all times and a minimum after dark. Anyone not abiding by these terms will be asked to leave Polgreen and will not be refunded. You are responsible for leaving the tent in the condition it was found and your deposit may be retained if the tent is not left in a satisfactory condition, you may also be asked to make an additional payment if we incur costs beyond the deposit. We reserve the right to refuse to hand over any tent to anyone who in our reasonable opinion is not suitable to take charge of it, a refund will be offered in these circumstances. Your tent will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure, late departure may result in a late check out charge unless by prior arrangement.
No smoking or naked flames are allowed in the tents except for when lighting covered tea lights. Please make sure cigarettes are fully extinguished and disposed of safely. Fires are only permitted in Log Braziers - open fires present a fire risk. Gas Stoves are included in your booking but can only be used after you have been given a demonstration. You are responsible for reading and following all the instructions provided with the supplied equipment and within the bell tent. You are taking full responsibility for use of the equipment and are expected to take every reasonable precaution against injury to yourself or others. We will not accept any liability for use, misuse or failure to follow instructions when on our site or using any of the supplied equipment.
For the sake of the local wildlife and the farm animals we do not allow pets on site. Please clear up after yourselves and do your best not to litter the site (bins are provided). Please be aware that as well as being a place of fun we are also a working farm and we do ask everyone to behave responsibly on our farm and in the surrounding area. To keep the environment as natural as possible and so as not to restrict wildlife movement we have kept fencing to a minimum. We don't want to take away your right to wander but there are some areas of the farm that we ask you not to explore without our permission and never without children being accompanied by an adult. As with any countryside space there are natural hazards; ditches, streams, tree roots, nettles and brambles to name a few.
