Bookings are for 3 or 7 nights starting on a Friday or 4 or 7 nights starting on a Monday. There are three large six metre bell tents which are each suitable for a couple or family. Find out more about the glampsite here. On arrival day you can arrive anytime from 4pm and have to vacate your bell tent by 10am on your departure day.
Price per bell tent including 2 guests:
£88 a night Monday - Thursday, min 4 night booking
£94 a night Friday - Sunday, min 3 night booking
£88 a night all week, min 7 night booking
£20 a night per additional 16+ years
£10 a night per additional 3-15 year old
FREE 2 and under in travel cots (not supplied)
£30 per double bedding package per stay (double duvet, pillows and all bed linen)
£20 per single bedding pacage per stay (single duvet, pillow and all bed linen)
We've just launched our full Summer 2022 availability, see below. Arrival days are Fridays (for 3 or 7 ngihts) or Mondays (for 4 or 7 nights) with the availability calendar weeks displayed starting on Fridays from Friday the 8th of July.
If a date you would like to book is shown as ON HOLD you can still complete a booking form and we will put a secondary hold on it for you for if the other booking isn't confirmed.

Booking and Payment Terms
On submitting a booking form you will receive a payment request and a copy of your booking reservation details to confirm that we can fulfill your booking, we will endeavour to respond to you within 24 hours of the booking form being submitted.
We will place a temporary hold on your booking but reserve the right to terminate this hold if we have not received the relevant payment within 5 days of the payment request.
Your booking is not guaranteed until we have received the relevant payment and sent you a booking confirmation.
We require 25% payment of your stay charge on booking and full payment 6 weeks before the booking start date.
If you fail to make full payment by the due date we reserve the right to terminate your booking and retain your 25% payment.
When we have your 25% payment we will email you a confirmation and when we have your full payment we will email you a final confirmation and further information on how to find us and what to bring.
If you cancel your booking up to 6 weeks before stay start we will try our best to move your booking and deposit to an alternative date if available. This will incur a £25 administration fee. If we can't move your booking we reserve the right to retain 25% of your stay payment.
If you cancel your booking within 6 weeks of your stay start date we will retain 25% of your stay payment.
If you cancel your booking within 2 weeks of your stay start date we will retain your full stay payment.
If these terms don't suit your requirements we suggest that you take out independent cancellation insurance to cover you from loss.
We reserve the right to change this website, including prices and terms, without notice.
All bookings are subject to a fully refundable cleaning, breakages and damage deposit of £100 per bell tent payable before arrival. Your held deposit will be returned / destroyed on fulfilment of the Stay Terms below.
By submitting a booking form you agreed to our Stay Terms. The person making the booking is taking responsibility that all members of their booking will be aware of and abide by these terms of stay. Anyone not abiding by these terms will be asked to leave Polgreen and will not be refunded. You are responsible for leaving your bell tent and site area in the condition it was found and your deposit may be retained if it is not left in a satisfactory condition, you may also be asked to make an additional payment if we incur costs beyond the deposit. We reserve the right to refuse to hand over a bell tent to anyone who, in our reasonable opinion, is not suitable to take charge of it or does not meet our booking criteria.
