If you're planning your wedding or organising a bigger get together, a private party or full on festival we can help. We offer special discounted rates for multiple bell tent hire packages with discounts starting with the hire of 2 or more bell tents. We can set up a mini canvas village of bells tents to create wonderful wedding accommodation for your guests, to add the glamp to your festival camping or to provide chill out spaces or pop up venues at your private party. We also offer a range of extra 'bells' for your bell tents.
5 Metre Bell Tent:
2+ bell tents are discounted by 5% so £228 for up to 3 nights / £38 a night after each
5+ bell tents are discounted by 10% so £216 for up to 3 nights / £36 a night after each
6 Metre Bell Tent:
2+ bell tents are discounted by 5% so £274 for up to 3 nights / £46 a night after each
5+ bell tents are discounted by 10% so £260 for up to 3 nights / £43 a night after each

Cornish Tipi Weddings is a wild 'outdoor' venue with a beautiful woodland and lakeside setting. They have a wedding pavillion, a tipi lodge and space for a marquee. As well as their on site tipis there is a meadow camping field suitable for bell tent camping.

terms
Location / Pitch - Need to Know
You are responsible for finding / booking a suitable pitch or pitches at the relevant location, campsite or venue. Please check our availability before making a third party booking. 5 metre bell tents each require a 7 x 7 metre area. 6 metre bell tents each require a 8 x 8 metre area. Pitch must be non-exposed / sheltered, have cut grass or similar, be level and well drained ground. Bell tents should not be pitched directly under trees. We will need good access to the pitch for a 4 wheel drive vehicle (with trailer for multi bookings). Arrival and departure times for your bell tents will be agreed according to site access and site clearance times which you will need to advise us of when confirmed by your location / site / venue.

Booking and Payment Terms
On submitting a booking form you will receive a payment request and a copy of your hire reservation details to confirm that we can fulfill your booking, we will endeavour to respond to you within 24 hours of the booking form being submitted.
We will place a temporary hold on your booking but reserve the right to terminate this hold if we have not received the relevant payment within 5 days of the payment request.
Your booking is not guaranteed until we have received the relevant payment and sent you a booking confirmation.
We require 50% payment of your hire charge on booking and full payment 6 weeks before the hire start date.
If you fail to make full payment by the due date we reserve the right to terminate your booking and retain your 50% payment.
When we have your 50% payment we will email you a confirmation and when we have your full payment we will email you a final confirmation and further information.
If you cancel your booking up to 6 weeks before hire start we will retain 50% of your hire charge. However we will try and move your booking and deposit to an alternative hire date if available. This will incur a £25 administration fee.
If you cancel your booking within 6 weeks of your hire start date we will retain 50% of your hire charge.
If you cancel your booking within 2 weeks of your hire start date we will retain your full hire payment.
If these terms don't suit your requirements we suggest that you take out independent cancellation insurance to cover you from loss.
